I'm Latisha, the owner of PG Catering based out of Greensboro, North Carolina. My mission is to prepare food to feed the soul.
I strive to tantalize your tastebuds through delicious cuisine that is sure to amaze you from start to finish and guarantee you will crave more of PG Catering.
My passion is giving people an experience through savory spirit-filled cooking that will create memories they won’t forget and sure to last forever.
My Story
I am a native of Bronx, New York City, raised in Forst Hills Queens. I graduated Law of Government Community High School where I studied Pre-Law. I migrated to Greensboro, North Carolina in 2002 and attended Bennett College for Women, and later graduated with a Degree in Social Work.
I became a victim advocate working with Family Service of the Piedmont for ten years of service. I transitioned to UNCG Greensboro and became a victim advocate for the campus violence response center for three years. Domestic violence is my passion. I began cooking while on maternity leave and the rest is history! Cooking is truly a purpose filled journey. I cook with love, head and heart. It is truly fulfilling to serve in a different capacity. I recall, when I began cooking while on materity leave with my eldest son. I began this journey catering baby showers, social soirees and began gaining clientele. It was from the unknown transitions set before me that I knew my purpose was to continue to walk in my purpose and the rest is history!
